ReadyShift
Work. Found. Fast.
Impact
Operational data that turns into real social value proof.
ReadyShift gives councils, NHS partners and employers live visibility on shifts, work patterns and stability — with exportable reports designed for tenders, ESG and funding bids, not just internal dashboards.
Live dashboards
See who’s working where, how reliably shifts are filled and where Pathway support is helping workers stabilise.
Safe by design
Impact metrics focus on work and stability outcomes — not clinical notes or sensitive case data.
Exportable reports
Generate anonymised PDF and CSV summaries for tenders, commissioning reviews and board packs.
Built with the frontline
Reporting is shaped with councils, employers and lived-experience partners so it’s practical, not box-ticking.
What an impact snapshot can look like.
Figures below are examples of the types of metrics ReadyShift can surface across a council, trust or large employer network.
Pathway shifts completed
412
Flexible shifts worked by Pathway-eligible workers this year.
Workers supported into consistent work
89
Workers sustaining work for 12+ weeks.
Training & upskilling milestones
133
Courses, modules or qualifications completed alongside work.
Designed for scrutiny
- Break down impact by site, partner and time period — ideal for scrutiny panels and performance reviews.
- Export anonymised CSVs for analysts, plus clean PDF summaries for non-technical stakeholders.
- Keep a clear audit trail of how numbers are generated — no black-box AI or unverifiable scoring.
How impact reporting works in ReadyShift.
- Day-to-day operations (shifts, attendance, approvals, payroll) run through ReadyShift.
- Pathway partners log high-level milestones — such as “in stable housing” or “training completed” — never clinical notes.
- The platform aggregates these into simple, anonymised metrics you can cut by time, site and partner.
- You export reports in the formats commissioners, boards and funders expect.
What you can evidence — without over-collecting data.
- Fill rates and time-to-fill by site, role type and partner network.
- Shift reliability: cancellations, lateness and no-show trends over time.
- Worker stability: sustained work, earnings patterns and Pathway milestones.
- Social value: shifts filled by people with lived experience of homelessness, crisis or recovery (anonymised and consent-based).
Built for organisations who have to prove impact — not just claim it.
Local authorities & commissioners
- Evidence fewer people cycling between hostels, crisis and A&E.
- Report against homelessness strategies and social value commitments.
- See which partners and models are working best in real time.
NHS trusts & health partners
- Connect flexible work to recovery and stability outcomes.
- Report on schemes without holding extra clinical data.
- Show boards and regulators what’s happening beyond agency spend.
Large employers & networks
- Demonstrate impact for ESG, CSR and skills investment.
- Show how you’re hiring from under-served groups in a safe, practical way.
- Give operations, HR and leadership one shared picture of workforce impact.
Impact FAQs.
Do we need separate reporting tools as well as ReadyShift?
Most clients use ReadyShift as their primary source for workforce and Pathway impact data, then feed exports into their existing BI or reporting tools for wider dashboards.
Can we define our own impact metrics?
Yes. We start with a core set of stable metrics, then work with you to add local indicators that fit your strategy and contracts, without collecting unnecessary personal data.
How do you keep workers anonymous in reports?
Reports aggregate data by site, role, partner and time period. Identifying details are removed, and small-number reporting rules can be applied where needed.
Can impact reporting be switched off?
Yes. You can use ReadyShift purely as an operational platform if you don’t need Pathway or social value reporting in certain sites or contracts.
Ready to see impact in one view?
Start with a single site or service — then scale reporting across your network.
We'll help you agree a simple set of metrics, launch in one location, then build towards the level of reporting your boards and funders need.
