Welcome to ReadyShift. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using ReadyShift, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ReadyShift, you confirm that you:

- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Are not prohibited from using our services under applicable law
- Will provide accurate and complete information
2. Platform Description
ReadyShift is a platform that connects workers seeking shift-based employment with employers offering such opportunities. We facilitate the connection but are not a party to any employment relationship formed through our platform.
For Workers: You can create a profile, browse available shifts, apply for opportunities, and manage your work schedule.
For Employers: You can post shifts, manage worker assignments, track attendance, and process payments through our platform.
3. User Responsibilities
Workers Must:
- Provide accurate qualifications and experience
- Arrive on time for accepted shifts
- Notify employers of any cancellations promptly
- Maintain professional conduct at all times
Employers Must:
- Provide accurate shift details and requirements
- Maintain safe working conditions
- Process payments on time
- Comply with all labor laws and regulations
4. Payment Terms
- Workers are paid for completed and verified shifts
- Payouts are initiated immediately after approval; bank settlement typically 2–5 business days
- Employers are responsible for funding shift payments before workers begin
- ReadyShift may charge platform fees as disclosed at the time of transaction
- All payments are subject to applicable taxes and deductions
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Circumvent our platform to avoid fees
- Harass, discriminate, or harm other users
- Use automated systems to access our platform without permission
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
6. Limitation of Liability
ReadyShift provides its services “as is” and makes no warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadyShift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We are not responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of any user on our platform, nor for any employment disputes between workers and employers.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
